How to prepare my package for Guatemala Missions:

Please reach us at ctrmissionshipping@gmail.com or text us at 323-285-8505 if you need more information

  1. Fill out the shipping form before mailing your package to us (you do not need to print it). You can find it under the country flag on the main page.
  2. Items can be wrapped and placed directly into the box; Ziploc bags are not necessary.
  3. Use boxes in perfect condition and secure them with enough tape for safe transit.
  4. Transit time is about 2 weeks: Home → Miami → Guatemala City → Mission Office.
  5. Do not send cash.
  6. Debit/credit cards should not be activated before shipping.
  7. Boxes may be decorated on the inside if desired.
  8. When ordering from Amazon or other online stores, please combine items into as few packages as possible to help save on shipping costs, since the minimum charge is 2 pounds per package.

Once the package clears customs, you will receive an invoice. After we receive your payment, it will be delivered to the mission office within about two business days, not including weekends.

No worries at all! We have weekly flights to Guatemala, so your package will go out with the next shipment.
